I recently had some extensive work carried out throughout my property, which is normally a complete mine field for me as I am very ill experienced within trade duties! I contacted Tom at 1016 Developments and he promptly visited me to discuss my requirements in further detail. I was a little unsure of what I actually wanted and Tom gave me some excellent ideas which were also very cost effective.

Tom’s positive approach made this very comforting for me, which made me feel like I was in great hands without any need to show a concern over any aspect of the imminent work needed to be carried out.

As the work was carried out, Tom and his employees spared no hesitance at maintaining a clean working environment by ensuring all carpet flooring was covered in industrial PVC and all tool stations were respectfully tidy.

When the work was complete, I was amazed at the transformation of my property! The detail was outstanding and adhered to everything we had discussed prior to the work commencing! Furthermore, you wouldn’t have known they were there at all due to the cleanliness and professionalism of the overall service.
